    disappointed

    the contents arent the same as the previous one I ordered. it’s very thin and doesnt bubble unlike the previous one. it’s not smelling great as well. i dont know if this is new formula or a factory defect

    Thank you for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear you did not like the Clarifying Body Wash.

    Looking into this we can see that you previously used Advanced Clarifying Body Wash. We decreased the amount of water in the formulation and added in more cleansing and skin-conditioning agents. Please also know that the amount of fragrance was increased in the new formula. This was done based on feedback from our customers that the bodywash smell was too light or not noticeable, and to match the fragrance level in our other products. The color/transparency has changed as a result of the reformulation. We're sorry you are not liking the new product.

    Our products are sulfate-free and lean towards more natural ingredients. Please know that that could be the reason why our body wash feels thick and may not lather as much as other products on the market but is better for the skin.

    Simple body wash

    The liquid is a little watery and a very slight fragrance, seems gentle on the skin, not bad for the price but I’m not sure I’d rush back to but it.

    Brilliant Face wash
